Normally you would not need any type of license in California, however, I understand that some states have a landlord permit or license requirement.
So in order for this question to be answered you would have to google your state with landlord permit/license (Your state)
Elected officials will do anything to have us pay any type of tax.
I hope this has been of some benefit to you, good luck.

Crystal River. Real Estate prices are pretty good and it is just a really nice area. Dunellon, which is just outside of Ocala, is also a good option. But, I would definitely choose Crystal River or some place in that area.

The best thing to do is find a commercial real estate broker in the area that you want to rent in. The market is so specialised, that it’s a better idea to talk to a professional than go through a website.
